I’m running for City Council because I believe in Reno, in our people, our potential, and our promise. I know firsthand how decisions at City Hall shape the lives of families and small businesses alike. Reno is where my roots are, and I’m running to help ensure our city continues to grow in a way that keeps it affordable, sustainable, and full of opportunity. I am not running for City Council to talk about problems; I’m running to solve them! I’ll listen, lead thoughtfully, and always put our community’s long-term future first, so that our children, and theirs, can thrive right here in the city we’re proud to call home.

FISCAL LEADERSHIP

• Eliminate wasteful spending and duplicate funding of regional
services.
• Pursue federal and state grants to fund infrastructure planning,
maintenance, and construction. Address current and future needs
upfront and stick to the plan!
• Ensure city projects are practical, functional, community-focused, and
delivered without unnecessary cost, complexity, or excess.
• Sell/lease underutilized city assets to generate capital and reduce
municipal debt.
• Improve efficiency by investing in technology that streamlines
operations and reduces long-term costs.
COMMUNITY-CENTERED DEVELOPMENT
• Preserve the charm of Reno’s established neighborhoods, like those in
Southwest Reno, ensuring new development complements and enhances
existing character.
• Build communities within our community – foster connected, balanced
neighborhoods where residents can live, work, play, and raise a family!
• Support a balanced mix of housing options to ensure Reno remains
affordable and accessible to everyone.
• Establish a strong city center that serves as the epicenter for business, arts
and culture, entertainment, social opportunities, and a gathering place for
both residents and visitors alike.

ELEVATING THE RENO EXPERIENCE
• Strong communities are safe communities! I will champion policies that give our
emergency response teams the tools, training, and resources they need to do their
jobs safely and effectively.
• Walkability and bike connectivity enhance quality of life, safety, and community. I’ll
work with RTC to strengthen connections from Ward 2 to Midtown and downtown.
• I’ll prioritize cleaning up downtown to attract residents, businesses, visitors, and
investors, creating a vibrant, safe, and financially strong community.
“I’m excited for the opportunity to share my vision for leading the City of Reno forward with fiscal responsibility, accountability, and a focus on lasting success for our community!”
